Gita Raikundalia, brings over 30 years of experience across business, finance, digital services, entrepreneurship and more than a decade as a sitting Magistrate in the UK justice system.
Gita is not only an accredited Civil and Commercial mediator, she's someone who has stood on every side of the table. From building award-winning ventures to leading cross sector compliance and governance programmes, she understands what's at stake when things break down and what it takes to move forward with integrity.
She also speaks five languages fluently and works across diverse sectors and communities, offering culturally competent mediation that reflects today's interconnected world.
